​Per Game:

• Video Analysis - I will analyze the goalie’s film and provide feedback on the areas to improve as well as the areas the goalie is excelling. This feedback can be provided through a written document and/or video chat via Skype or Zoom. I will also create a chart of where every shot comes from in the defensive zone and whether it was a save, goal, deflection, etc. This will allow me to utilize the data to determine any patters. I will require access to game film by either having it sent to me, or through an online streaming service.

Cost: $25 per game or 3 games for $60

FULL SEASON:

​

• Video Analysis - I will analyze each goalie’s game film and provide feedback on the areas to improve as well as the areas the goalie is excelling. • Personalized Off-Ice Workout Plan - I will work with the goalie and the team to create an in-season and off-season workout/mobility plan. 

 

• Pre-Game and In-Game Mental Development - I will work with the goalie to develop strategies and techniques to create a stronger mental fortitude. 

 

• Sleep and Nutrition Planning - It is my belief that what a goalie does off ice is as impactful as what they do on the ice, starting with taking care of their body. I will utilize things like sleep logs and meal journals to positively impact the goalie.

      Cost: Fee/Compensation will be negotiated on a team or individual basis.
